The following things listed might be in your daily routine, and if they are, that is GREAT. If they are not, it’s something to consider doing. Many are out of work, or work may have slowed down, which can severely interfere with how we run our businesses. Now is not the time to stress. Though stress can’t always be completely avoided, it’s good to recognize when you are getting overwhelmed.
𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞. 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞. 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥.
Take slow deep breaths, stretch, or meditate.
Observe how you are feeling and what you are thinking, without judgment. Instead of responding or reacting to those thoughts or feelings, note them, and then let them go.
𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐮𝐩𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭.
Make time to unwind. Try relaxation techniques and listening to music. Try to do some other activities you enjoy.

Get plenty of sleep
Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals
